Terms and Conditions
Overdue Accounts/Invoices
Overdue accounts are liable to a late payment surcharge and interest will be charged thereafter.
Complaints
Complaints must be made within 3 days of delivery. Title of the goods will remain with the seller until paid in full.
Returns
Goods must be returned in the same condition as was delivered. We will ask to see evidence that the goods were purchased from us for example the sales invoice. We can only accept returns from the person who brought the item.
Good are delivered in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Our time is valuable, please note that once you have booked a delivery slot it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If the customer cancels the delivery slot on the day of delivery or any last minute cancellations due to customer will incur a £15 cancellation fee. Because we reserve a delivery time for you, please make any scheduled changes to you delibery slot by 4pm the day before delivery to avoid incurring a £15 late cancellation fee.
To avoid a late cancellation fee please cancel a delivery slot within 24 hours prior to your delivery. You can cancel your delivery
